City of Edmonton monthly stats for July 2026

The aggressive spring market has cooled into the rainy summer months. With July seeing less sales then it did June 2026 by 7.6%, and 11% less sales from July 2025! Inventory is sitting around 17.9% higher July 2026 then it was July 2025!

Lots of inventory, softer prices, and more days on market are pushing things to be more buyers market at the moment and potentially for the remainder of the year. Sometimes the fall does bring in a rush, however every year is different. We will have to wait and see. 

Is it time to buy? Absolutely!
