Well the overall process was a great experience. We were planning to buy our first house with a very limited budget approved, and Sean did an incredible job finding the right duplex with characteristic we were looking for. We requested to have a big yard and so far we got the one of the biggest in west end! We didn't want to spend money on condo fees and since we had limited budget, condos were mainly the only thing coming up! Sean kept looking until he got us the house we are in at the moment. Completely renovated top to bottom!
